SHIPPING POLICY- Southern Moulding Online reserves the right to ship the product using the carrier chosen at our discretion. Most small packages will ship Fedex Ground, however smaller items may be sent via US Mail. All Glass and Oversize items (40x60 Matboard for example) will ship only by Freight as UPS and Fedex cannot properly handle the product. Large equipment that is too large to ship via Fedex Ground will also ship via freight.

FREIGHT POLICY- Southern Moulding Online will only ship product freight collect. Due to our significan business with freight companies, you the customer will receive our discounts and pay substantially less than you normally would pay for a freight shipment. We only ship freight collect because freight charges are almost impossible to determine up front. We appreciate your understanding and are sure you will appreciate that you will pay exactly what it cost to deliver the product to you via the freight company.
