Returns
RETURN PROCESS-
If you have received product that is not satisfactory in anyway please email us at help@southernmouldingonline.com immediately.
Please include the order number and the item number with an issue. We will email you back with the proper RMA process to return the product and/or obtain a replacement.
Please note that all shipping damage must be noted at time of receipt (when you sign for it) or a claim with the carrier will not be honored. Please inspect all packages carefully upon receipt.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE-
Wholesale Customers-Moulding is not returnable since it has already been cut down for shipping. Moulding pictures may not accurately represent the moulding you receive because monitors are not calibrated equally from computer to computer. Any moulding damaged in shipping will be covered by the carrier's insurance. Please email us with any questions prior to ordering. Thank you.
